The objective was to frame in a niche for custom built ins, Hale Navy blue with remote LED lighting, as well as refinish the cabinetry in a lighter tone.

The above head lift up panel conceals the wireless electrical components and provides added storage.

The existing kitchen was dark and and lacked warmth.

The fireplace area was somewhat of a wasted space

The master bedroom received a 12 ft wide x 17 inches deep custom built in including armoires, drawers, TV and media niche as well as a tilt out laundry hamper with 2 wire baskets and laundry bags for quick and efficient sorting.

The custom built office/ library 15ft xx 10ft tall was designed to have a central desk

office drawers, including file drawers and ample space for a very large book collection.

Finished flush to the ceiling and painted the same color as the walls, it blends into the room, being large without being foreboding.
